Keep the Earth Clean

Snapdragon’s Girls Club adopted a section of a highway to regularly clean up litter.

You can help Snapdragon keep our planet clean by picking up litter too. Check with your local kids’ organizations (such as Girl Scouts) to see if they have cleanup projects you can help with. Ask your teachers if you can create a cleaning team to help keep your school’s playgrounds free from litter. If you belong to a church, synagogue, mosque, or any other type of organization, see if there are others who would like to help you round up litter from playgrounds, the shores of ponds and lakes, forest preserves, and anywhere else you can think of. The more people who get involved, the easier (and more fun) it will be. Even if you cannot form a group to help pick up litter, keep an eye out for it in your own yard or
wherever you are. If you notice an empty can on the ground, recycle it. If someone has left a newspaper on a park bench, recycle it.

Of course, you should always practice safety when picking up things from the ground. Watch out for broken glass or sharp objects. When in doubt, ask a grown-up first!

get an empty cereal box then cover it with paper or wrapping paper then cut a slit on top of the box then cut 4 slits on the front middle and 4 in the back middle then get 2 gift ribbons and pass it trough the 4 slits and the other 4 slits and tie them like a ribbon design it with more ribbons stickers the environmental shield of arms (mother natures corner)and ect

get a bottle cap and a big rock to pound it flat then get a lost or removed nail and pound it with the rock and make a hole the put tangled clothes tread or gift ribbons then tie the edges of the thread/ribbon and make holes for your finger then twirl after pull it and stop twirling it twirls itself you can also use this as a tool like scissors if you don't have scissors

cut an empty milk carton in 3 and cut the bottom a little door for birds the bottom use for walls and floor of a birdhouse then cut a piece of cardboard like a really small bridge the top use for roof then paste fallen twigs or sticks with paste of broken nanca seeds or fallen flowers then use ribbon in the on the really small bridge then design it and hang it to a tree

hey you can try this out !
WHAT YOU NEED LIST
1.paste from broken nanca seeds or fallen flowers
2.leftover wrapping paper or used or scrap paper
3.empty water bottle small
4.scissors
YOU DO
group the things you need .then take the bottle and put the wrapping paper all over cut the wrapping paper like hearts or flowers use the paste to glue it in the bottle use scrap paper to make curly linings if you want or instead of wrapping paper all over and draw pictures and put stickers or/and ribbons ect be creative

Our School started asking for help to clean up litter in the grounds, and the school gives you £1 for every bag of litter you hand in! So it's encouriging others to help the environment and get something else from it!

My school does something called a green team:each week the school picks a class to pick litter around the school when they see some.
